New Year, Healthier You!

2009 and 2010 candles.

It's here.  Resolution time.  New Year's Day is thought to be the ideal time of year to create change in our lives.  Yet if you're anything like me, you can remember past resolutions that fell flat, without hesitation or guilt.  In fact, quitting seems to be part of the resolution process: set some resolutions; buy some products “guaranteed” to help you reach your goal; quit and go back to status quo.  Sound familiar?
