Staying Healthy Over the Holidays

It's here again!  The time of year when we eat too much, spend too much, and stress too much. By January we are exhausted and broke. To add insult to injury, we feel bloated and our pants are way too tight. Isn't this suppose to be the most wonderful time of year? I had a ton of interest from the teleclass last night "Get the Skinny on Healthy Fats" regarding what I have for breakfast.  I  must admit, I never used to like breakfast.  In fact, I have vivid memories being on family vacations watching everyone eat breakfast while I just sat there watching.  Crazy, right?
