Weight Loss.  The phrase we all love to hate.  I have seen many friends and family members suffer from being overweight and obese and so confused about how to lose it.  "Which diet should I chose" and "my hospital nutritionist said I could eat that" are two of the most common prhases I hear.  I feel horrible that we are all getting so many mixed messages in the diet and health field today.  It's no wonder people are confused and ultimately overwhelmed on where to begin!

It's here again!  The time of year when we eat too much, spend too much, and stress too much. By January we are exhausted and broke. Having returned  to Wisconsin early Monday morning from my international travels, I have been excited to update everyone on my trip to Edinburgh, Scotland!  This was my first time in Edinburgh since moving back to Wisconsin in May (my husband and I lived in Edinburgh for about 3 years) and must admit, it was quite surreal being back.  Edinburgh is a magical city for me and none of that magic, I'm happy to report, has disappeared.
