New Year, Healthier You!
It's here. Resolution time. New Year's Day is thought to be the ideal time of year to create change in our lives. Yet if you're anything like me, you can remember past resolutions that fell flat, without hesitation or guilt. In fact, quitting seems to be part of the resolution process: set some resolutions; buy some products “guaranteed” to help you reach your goal; quit and go back to status quo. Sound familiar?
You can make 2010 different. Gone are the days of built-in quitting resolutions. Instead, we're going to focus on attainable goal setting. This year you will change for good. No matter what you are looking to change, improve or start in 2010 these 6 steps will help you get there for real. This CAN be your best year. You CAN have it all. You CAN finally become the best version of yourself.
